For best communication, phone us at one of the numbers above.
To place an order by e-mail, click on the “Order by email” button below, and send us an email containing the following information:

If you have calculated the price of your order, and you are ready to place the order, include payment information in your email (see “methods of payment” below).

If you would like us to calculate the price for you, email us the above information, and we will reply with a total price for your order. Be sure to include your address so we may estimate the shipping charge. You may then provide payment to place the order at a later time.

Methods of payment:

Visa or Mastercard
If possible, please phone us with your credit card number. Otherwise, you may email us your credit card number with expiration date. However, because this is not a secure method, there is a risk in doing so. As a security measure, you may send the first four digits of your credit card number in one email, and all the remaining digits in a second email. Do NOT include the words “credit card, visa, or mastercard” in the text or subject of the email.

The following shipping and handling charges are estimates.
Actual charges will be determined when orders are processed.

FOR SHIPMENTS WEST OF THE MISSISSIPPI, ADD 25% TO ABOVE SHIPPING CHARGES.

Merchandise will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified by customer. Oversized shipments will be charged according to UPS Dimensional Weight Formula.

Canadian Orders:
Please remit in U.S. funds.
Send double the normal postage for SURFACE delivery.
Add $4.00 for insurance.
Allow at least two weeks for delivery.

Overseas Orders:
Please remit in U.S. funds.
Overseas order will be shipped by AIR-UPS or by AIR-U.S. Postal Service, whichever is the least expensive for the size and weight of the shipment. For further details write, call, or fax for shipping charge information. Or, estimate a shipping charge using the following link:

Return Policy

Any merchandise* not meeting your total satisfaction may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any errors, shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order. No refunds will be made after 30 days. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and to explain the problem.

* NO REFUNDS CAN BE MADE ON LABOR OR CUSTOM SHELLS

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
